About Erik M. Krushinski, MD

Erik Krushinski, MD joined our practice in August 2008 with specialty training in Sports Medicine and arthroscopic surgery.

Dr. Krushinski completed his undergraduate degree at Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Biology. He completed his Medical Degree at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA in 2002. He completed Orthopaedic Surgery training at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2007.

After completing his residency, he furthered his training by completing a one year fellowship in Sports Medicine and arthroscopic surgery at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. During this fellowship he gained valuable experience assisting in the care of the Baltimore Ravens and several university athletic programs. He currently serves as team physician for the University of Mary Washington.

Dr. Krushinski performs a wide variety of Orthopaedic procedures. He has special interests in arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder, as well as knee joint replacement and shoulder joint replacement.  Dr. Krushinski is trained on robotics and is able to treat patients with robotic procedures at both Mary Washington Hospital and Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. 

Dr. Krushinski is very active in the community and you are likely to see him on the sidelines at local high school games or at collegiate events at the University of Mary Washington.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family skiing, as well as gardening and cooking.
